SITUATIONS VACANT

National Archives of Pakistan invites applications from the interested and eligible candidates to fill the following vacant posts on contract basis for the period of 03 years, for its development of Project titled "Strengthening & Modernizing National Archives of Pakistan". Security Officer (PPS-6) Preservation Officer 2nd class or Grace "C" Bachelor's Degree. (PPS-6) ii. One year experience in Document restoration/preservation/binding i. 2nd class or Grade 'C' Master's Degree. il 01 year Post Qualification relevant experience Coordination Assistant (PPS-5) Front Desk Assistant (PPS-5) Coordination Officer 1. 2nd class or Grade "C" Bachelor's Degree (PPS-6) ii. 01 year Post Qualification relevant experience 2nd class or Grade "C" Bachelor's Degree. Data Entry Operator (PPS-4) Cataloguer/ Classier (PPS-3) Preserver (PPS-2) ii. 05 years' experience in designing/installation/ troubleshooting and maintenance of Network along with installation, configuration, troubleshooting of Domain controllers, Active Directory

Terms and conditions are as under:

1. All above posts are on contract basis for the period of 03 years and no claim will be entertained for regularization on the part of selected candidates in future 2. Incomplete applications will not be entertained. 5. Separate application must be forwarded if applied for more than one post. 6. Age limit is inclusive of 5 years general age relaxation and further age relaxation on will be granted as per Government applicable policy. 7.
