To create a shortcut for hibernate, follow these steps:

Note that hibernation may not be available on all systems, so if you experience any issues, you may need to check your computer's settings or consult the manufacturer's documentation
Right-click on an empty area of your desktop or any folder where you want to create the shortcut.
Select "New" and then "Shortcut".
In the "Type the location of the item" field, type "shutdown.exe /h" (without the quotes). Click "Next".
